This is a light Burgundy but it has a nice typicality. Perhaps it's a bit expensive for what it is, but the price is right for the range. It deserves an average.

Disappointing. Not very expressive, no lasting after-taste and lacking in strength. The fruit is in there but I would have liked to have tasted it more. It is just in the wrong key. It's also a little expensive.

A little bit disappointed by the aromas of this wine. I decanted an hour before tasting and unfortunately, the wine is a little bit bland. The dish was supposed to pair well with this bottle, but it failed dismally. I have tasted better Burgundies.

A fabulous discovery! I was unfamiliar with the estate and I didn't know what to expect. A wine with a fruity, but fine, elegant after-taste. I'm going to keep an eye on this estate in the coming years.

This vintage has a little less flavour than the previous one. This wine is lacking in body, because there isn't much on the palate. The aroma is agreeable by the flavour is less so. There is no particular surprise to it; it's just an average wine.

Our clients choose every vintage as their Coup de Coeur [favourite]. It's a wine with a great complexity that I tried with a steak...A delightful discovery, an absolutely remarkable wine at an incredible price for its type!

BOURGOGNE DEVAUX

Sylvie BOURGOGNE-DEVAUX, is the granddaughter of Théodore DEVAUX, who built the first buildings of the farm. She took over the estate but was forced to sell the grape production in the 1980s... In 2012 under the leadership of these two children, Fabrice and Luc, the first vinifications began, thus regaining the satisfaction of sharing the wine. Family passion for wine. The entire harvest is vinified at the estate. The House currently operates 2.75ha in ownership (2.04 in Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Beaune red and 0.68ha in Pommard).
