LEAVE YOUR REVIEWIn addition to the name given to this wine, which immediately made it appealing to us, it is of high quality, full in flavor and very balanced. A wine that in my opinion rivals some Saint-Émilion.
Château Le Bourdillot has belonged to the Haverlan family since 1906. Four generations have succeeded one another on this exceptional terroir. This property can be found on a plan dating from 1818 (plan displayed in the offices of the Château). Located in the town of Virelade, the vines are planted on the terraces of the Garonne. The soil, made up of very stony dry gravels, gives the grapes perfect maturity, whatever the vintage. The average age of the vines is 30 years.
