In addition to the name given to this wine, which immediately made it appealing to us, it is of high quality, full in flavor and very balanced. A wine that in my opinion rivals some Saint-Émilion.more reviews

A wine offering surprising value for money that will delight your guests for aperitifs or improvised dinners!
Réserve de Valentine is a wine that shocks with its elegance and fruitiness. It is composed of two-thirds Merlot and develops a powerful and complex bouquet. On the nose, you will appreciate its fruity and vanilla notes and, on the palate, you will enjoy its soft and creamy structure. It is a wine to enjoy with a plate of cold meats, mutton or lamb.

A nice balance for this Graves, a nice roundness, to drink now. Good value for money, to be opened without hesitation for a family meal around stewed meat, diners will undoubtedly appreciate.

CHATEAU LE BOURDILLOT

Château Le Bourdillot has belonged to the Haverlan family since 1906. Four generations have succeeded one another on this exceptional terroir. This property can be found on a plan dating from 1818 (plan displayed in the offices of the Château). Located in the town of Virelade, the vines are planted on the terraces of the Garonne. The soil, made up of very stony dry gravels, gives the grapes perfect maturity, whatever the vintage. The average age of the vines is 30 years.
