A pretty golden colour. The nose is first musky, spicy then opens with aromas of raisins, medlar and quince to finish after airing with notes of candied apples and pineapple. The mouth is nervous and broad. Tasty and powerful.more reviews

Featured in the Guide Hachette des Vins, this top-of-the-range dry Jurançon is impressive!
Canopée is a wine made from Petit Manseng grapes picked when overripe in mid-autumn at the same time as the grapes for sweet wines. Stirred and aged for 10 months on lees in barrels, a bright lemon yellow coloured wine emerges. It is intense and elegant on the nose with rich aromas of fresh scents (white flowers, pineapple, lychee, mint, lemon). Well-rounded, complex and lingering on the palate with a tonic finish with lime hints. Material and finesse for this top-of-the-range Jurançon!

Good wine and good value for money. Top-of-the-range surprise for the price-performance ratio. A very pleasant wine on the palate, I recommend, really delicious.

Surprised by the taste of a bottle of wine at this price, Domaine Cauhape has done a great job. I recommend buying some to let it age a little and drink it chilled.
