A wine that I highly recommend. A good attack and a good length in the mouth with a beautiful colour. A good product to accompany a good duck in sauce for example.more reviews

Finesse and incredible material on the palate! A real little gem, worthy of a Burgundy Premier Cru!
All the delicacy of Pinot Noir, combined with the expertise of the Maison Albert Bichot, has created a wine with delicious texture and perfect balance. This wine does not lack charm: well-rounded, fresh and mineral, this wine has everything you need to bring everyone together... A beautiful aromatic complexity and an endless finish. In short, a real treat...!

A magnificent reference that will brighten up your festive dishes but also your meals with wine-loving friends. This Mercurey provides an explosion of flavours on the palate with always a lot of delicacy. I'm already thinking of having some more.

The tasting of this cuvée was a real success! Remarkably fresh, this Mercurey is a perfect reminder of the typical finesse of the Côte Chalonnaise... You will be pleasantly surprised!

MAISON ALBERT BICHOT

The "Maison Albert Bichot" was founded in 1831 by Bernard Bichot and it was his grandson, Albert, who gave it a new awakening at the end of the 19th century. Since 1996, the management of the Maison has been ensured by the sixth generation in the person of Albéric Bichot. The house has 100 hectares of vines which are exploited in a sustainable way, supplemented by purchases of grapes and musts. The estate has completely transformed its approach to growing vines, by pruning shorter, working the soil (plowing) and green harvesting when necessary, leaving only 6 bunches per vine. The house has an impressive range of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. Those from the Côte de Nuits are vinified and aged at the Clos Frantin estate. Those of the Côte de Beaune are at the Domaine du Pavillon.
