FLEURIE - COUP D'FOUDRE 2019 - LES BERTRAND

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Beaujolais / Fleurie AOC / 12 % vol / 100% Gamay

AB (organic wine)
Generous and richly fruited - a real heart-stopper for our tasters! Note, VERY limited stock for this vintage.
Due to their sustainable approach to viticulture, Bertrand gets the best from the terroir. As an example, this generous, powerful Morgon has flavours of ripe stone fruit jostling with cherry and plum. With a lively length of palate, its full-body and solid tannic structure predicts an excellent ability to age - even if it is already winning us over with its fruit now! Lovers of great Beaujolais wines prepare yourself to be overwhelmed!

LES BERTRAND

Les Bertrand is an extremely endearing family estate. Made up of Guy, Annick and Yann, this tight-knit family devoted to the fantastic Beaujolais terroirs strives to produce confidential and masterfully composed wines. The vines, aged 40 to 60 years, certified in organic farming, are worked biodynamically and are subject to a controlled yield in order to guarantee the most ripe and healthiest harvests possible. A superb discovery for Beaujolais lovers!
