An excellent wine for the price. Try it when you have friends over for a meal - you'll not be disappointed. A very good wine with a good structure. My advice is to pair it with cheese - we loved it!more reviews

Vintages come along and my cellar welcomes them in! This Triporteur is a sound investment for a Rhône wine and you always need a few bottles from the Rhône. It works well at the table and it's a real favourite!

Interesting blend. Medium intensity nose of cherry, ripe strawberry, and forest berries jam. Medium acidity, medium- body with slightly dry tannins, medium flavor intensity, medium- aftertaste. Nice everyday wine.

Really good wine and good value for money. Beautiful colour, full-fruit flavours. Smooth on the palate with light to medium tanins and acidity. A must to try and adopt !

Very easy to drink balanced CDR. Fruity nose and taste with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Medium tanins and acidity. Goes really well with red. Very good value. Will buy again!

A lovely wine that a friend told me about. That said, the following order was a bit random. Half the bottles in the boxes weren't great quality, but I think this was bad luck as this wine is always good value for the price.

Light bodied and a little short on the lips. Pleasant but slightly disappointing, wouldn’t choose to drink on its own but fine to accompany take away food

Excellent value for money! You can safely serve this wine with any meal (well, red wine food, obviously!) and your guests will be more than happy. Just one downside - I didn't buy enough! But I shall fix that. I will be making some converts!

Yes Yes Yes always buy this when on offer a good everyday wine that doesn't break the bank.If you see this on offer snap it up gives some of the pricier wines from this region a lot to live up to

Great length, powerful aromatics, loads of fruit - in short a great wine to share and excellent value for money. Drink it on its own or with a cut of red meat. Whatever you do, it's a great combo.

I bought this wine as a gift because the label and the name looked attractive. And I was pleased the flavour was just as good. I'll buy some for myself.

Never run out of this Triporteur! This wine is killer with friends or alone. Pair it with a rib of beef or even a sirloin steak, it's delicious. Recently I made a cocktail to go with Italian cured meats, and even my daughters loved it.

I liked it very much. Is a pleasant wine. Delicious and a value for money product. I am sure that will satisfy also the wine connoisseur. The color, the nose, the tear on the glass complete this fine wine

Beautiful purple in colour, fruity nose, delicious, full-fruit flavours with full-bodied smooth feel despite the alcohol percentage. It's perfect with a cut of beef. A winning wine!

A perfect wine for the end of the day, enjoyed in good company it was a pleasure from the off. A knock-out - invigorating and refreshing!

LE TRIPORTEUR

Le Triporteur (The Tricyclist) is a comedy produced in 1957 by Jacques Pinoteau. This film brought Darry Cowl to the big screen. This actor plays the role of a candid character who travels by tricycle to Nice to attend the final of the football cup and support his village. Like the film, this wine invites you to enjoy French good life, joviality and a festive French side. This wine is an IGP Vaucluse "Principauté d'Orange" which is produced in the former territory of the Princes of Orange (1230-1793), in a smaller area than the classic IGP Vaucluse.
