A Pic Saint Loup at the top of its game! Roundness, elegance and richness are the hallmarks of the great tasting that awaits you!
Guillaume Gangloff has made a great wine! Behind a round and intense start on the palate, we find a fine wine that surprises us with very good balance and excellent tannic structure. The palate is rich and creamy, treating us to a lovely persistence with a good length on the fruit. This brilliant wine will go alongside a succulent hare à la royale.

Still somewhat tannic, broad-shouldered, round and rich. Mostly black berries on the nose, with some red fruits and black pepper. Possesses a very southern character, high alcohol levels included.

GUILLAUME GANGLOFF

Passionate about the southern soils and more specifically Languedoc-Roussillon, it was only in 2009 that the first vines were acquired and the Salveterra estate was created. The beginning of a story that opens up to all the appellations of Languedoc-Roussillon. The desire sprouted and then over the years grew: to discover and share the great terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon. To do this, the quest for the most beautiful terroirs, the most beautiful vines, the most beautiful grapes is permanent at Guillaume Gangloff. And for the House, “The quality of our wines must be the witness.” With a great diversity of soils, climates and exposures, the Great AOCs of Languedoc-Roussillon are marked by the 7 crus that define the quintessence of the vineyard. Guillaume Gangloff wines are worthy ambassadors of this. They carry regional values marked by history and resolutely turned towards the future. Southern grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris are mainly represented. All the wines are the result of passionate work where nothing is left to chance. The Domaine is attentive in every respect in order to produce wines that meet the promise made to each person, whether a neophyte or an expert.
