TERLATO & CHAPOUTIER

1997: Pioneering spirit, Michel Chapoutier sets out to discover the terroirs of the oldest continent. Dating history. Men like him passionate about the expression of grape varieties. Convictions. A work of discovery, of observation. Lands that awaited the moment of their revelation: Michel Chapoutier wants to be inventor of soils... After a little experience with his American importer (Terlato & Chapoutier), Maison Michel Chapoutier established, by buying two other vineyards (Shays Flat and Landsborough) in the Australian Pyrenees, the Tournon estate, 100% owned.
