DOMAINE PEYRE ROSE

In the early 1980s, Marlène Soria had the good idea to give up her career as a real estate agent to clear her country house and plant her first organic vines. On her own, she manages to make Peyre Rose, her whole-house estate, an essential reference in Languedoc where sensitivity is on edge. A solar Syrah enlivens its red wines, produced at very low yields and aged for a long time in the cellar. Everything amazes in his wines, there is nothing really like the magic of Peyre Rose.
