Lots of finesse in the aromas of honey and apricot with a subtle finish on flint, pure happiness! I recommend it on seafood and a fresh goat cheese!more reviews

Locally called “Fendant”, the Chasselas is the king of Swiss white varieties. An exceptional aperitif wine for an unforgettable tasting!
Dive into the heart of Switzerland and relax and enjoy it... Intense, floral and lingering on the palate, it will also go wonderfully with fish fillets or a cheese platter. A 100% Swiss wine by Stéphane Zeugin, a top winemaker!

Wine bought as a gift for the end of the year celebrations.

A slightly pearly attack that can be eliminated with aeration, small notes of golden apple, William's pear on a fresh but delicious finish.

I loved this wine, delicious and powerful, very fruity without being sweet, it can go well with many dishes, also alone as an aperitif, I really recommend. A great discovery!

A beautiful typicality of the Swiss mountains, around the flower, to accompany a good dried meat and a piece of Gruyère during a walk in the beautiful Valais or around the Lake.

Dry, light, crisp, citrus, white flowers. Nice note of minerality. Perfect pairing with a tomme de chevre cheese tasting we were having. Recommend with chevre, tomme, or just for apero.

Wine bought out of curiosity: produced in Switzerland and a variety that is unknown to me. It is ready to be drunk, very mineral but lacks a bit of complexity for my taste.

A little disappointed. A bit simple. Pleasant however, but don't expect a revelation. To be classified among the small unpretentious white wines. Nice discovery all the same, of this grape variety that I did not know.

It's a great wine for everyone. It pairs well with different dishes. Appreciated by both men and women. Lightness and fruitiness are its main assets.

Wonderfully fresh, light grapey wine that works equally well with food or by itself. Swiss wine is so much undiscovered and yet it is so drinkable and flavoursome. This example is sweet, delicate yet with enough body to work with a main course of fish or pasta-based. Very impressive, hints of PEAR.

LA CAVE DE GENÈVE

Founded in 1994, the Cave de Genève, established in Satigny, between Lake Geneva and the mountains, vinifies the harvest of more than eighty winegrowers for a total of 350ha of vines, or 30% of the Geneva vineyard. It is the largest wine company in the canton of Geneva and by far one of the most qualitative. Indeed, the cellar surrounds itself with the elite of Swiss oenologists to produce racy wines, marked by the grandeur of its terroir and by the originality and authenticity of its indigenous grape varieties (Gamaret, Chasselas). In addition, we too often forget that the Rhône valley does not start in Ampuis (Côte-Rôtie), but in Switzerland. As you will have understood, this is therefore a completely Rhone style of wine. There are also grape varieties that are familiar to us such as Viognier which reminds some Condrieu! We are proud to be able to present these pretty bottles from our Swiss neighbors at prices ex-domaine.
