An excellent rosé, full of balance and gourmet flavours in a wonderfully refreshing style!

This is a lovely wine by the Maîtres Vignerons de Vidauban! In a very summery style, it is carried by fruit, including red berries and white fruits such as peaches. There is great balance on the palate between fleshiness and acidity that includes great freshness and delicacy, two adjectives that suit this wine incredibly well! This Roubertas is the ideal companion for salads, cold meats and Mediterranean fish.
