This is a well-done and seriously structured rose, but I never really understood Tavel (though I give it a chance every now and then). This is about blood orange, high alcohol and some shy red fruits. I guess it's the appellation of choice when you're not sure whether to open a red or a white. :)more reviews

Winning Gold in Paris and praised by Jeb Dunnuck, this Tavel is surprising and explodes with its freshness, aromas and lovely length. Bravo!
Far from the vinous Tavels, the Tavel by Chateau of Ségriès stood out during a blind tasting of 10 Tavels thanks to its freshness and fruitiness. Very aromatic, this rosé is perfect to accompany your sunny aperitifs and your meals! Guaranteed pleasure!

This is a marvellous rose. Rich and complex with great nose. Pairs well with seafood particularly lobster and langoustine or great just drinking on a hot summers day.
