Pleasantly surprised, especially as I'm a little fearful of Bordeaux wines, I really enjoyed this Cru Bourgeois. I strongly recommend it.more reviews

A very expressive wine that exhibits great richness and a nice freshness, excellent value for money!
This Bourgeois cru from the Northern Médoc has a broad aromatic palette with delicious flavours. The Château Saint Christophe is a true olfactory journey in itself, you will love its sweet and long finish that is reminiscent of the Bordeaux Grand Crus. It will be greatly appreciated alongside game or a tasty cheese platter! Château Saint Christophe is one of those Médoc properties to count on, as evidenced by this beautiful nectar!

This Médoc is rather surprising, on the nose it has black fruits even with some blackcurrant and blackberry. The flavours that follow move between vanilla and roasted coffee beans. A good product!

It's so difficult to resist the charms of the bouquet, with its ripe red fruits and black cherry take on a jam-like quality, just as it does on the palate which is both full, fresh, structured and very elegant. A super Médoc that's both traditional, full-bodied and seductive!

Very good Médoc. Complexity, balance, finesse: on black fruit, spices, cloves and notes of undergrowth. A great length. I recommend!

Excellent Cru Bourgeois from the Médoc! A beautiful bottle to enjoy during a good meal, it is a beautiful bottle, the medals on the bottle and the label hit the mark! To adopt as soon as possible for your invitations!

The nose reveals notes of black fruits with some blackcurrant and blackberry, followed by fruity hints that move between vanilla and roasted notes. Its colour is deep - from ruby to garnet. Perfect.

A typical wine of the region. It's oaky, full and offers a great finish. Great value for money! A must-have wine to give you a choice of wines that are easy to pair at a good price.

A pure revelation! You get the vine and the terroir on the palate from the first mouthful! A wine that deserves to be on the table at a special occasion with a good poultry dish. Try it and let yourself be carried away by this nectar.

I enjoyed it with certain cheeses, even though an Extra this vintage was very pleasant with nice simple meals. It has personality and power. A Cru Bourgeois just as we like to gift them. Enjoyed the non-traditional presentation. A medal-winning wine that deserves its accolades.

With this vintage and as it is a Cru Bourgeois, I tried this wine that was new to me. I wasn't disappointed. A fruity Bordeaux, not bitter on the palate and one that perhaps merits a little more ageing. At €9.95 a bottle, I definitely recommend it.

Am a great fan! Won over, captivated and delighted. Remarkable value for money! Honestly, you'll not be swindled - it is nectar. I have reordered it to give it as a present at parties. Drink it chilled to 15 degrees C.

A decent enough claret, albeit a little thin in respect of body. Well enough structured, with a slightly fruit jam taste but in a good way! Would very much complement pizza and/or pasta dishes.

CHATEAU SAINT CHRISTOPHE

If Bordeaux is best known for its great wine châteaux, Saint-Émilion stands out for the discreet charm of its artisans. At Château Saint-Christophe you will appreciate the work of a family of winegrowers for six generations.
