LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThis Burgundy is quite simply exceptional! It has spicy aromas that will appeal to all fine wine lovers. This kind of red can easily be kept for 15/20 years without taking any risk. I highly recommend.
Corton is undoubtedly one of the best grand crus in Burgundy. a pinot noir of great elegance and transparency towards a unique terroir, definitely deserves the taste.
The Cortons from Louis Latour are generally always fantastic and that is a confirmation. The wine is very pleasant, a beautiful, thick and enveloping colour, we are on an excellent wine. Excellent wine!
Great quality at a reasonable price. The aroma is intense and the palate is very satisfying. It is easy to identify the typical aromas of botritis. Yet, do not expect the grandeur of a proper grand cru. bit evolving perhaps because it is young, but drinking it now is already satisfying
An independent family run business, the Maison Louis Latour is among the most respected wine merchants of Bourgogne. Known worldwide for the quality of its red and white wines, the company has built a reputation of tradition and innovation. Considered one of the most traditional merchant-farmers, Louis Latour produces some of the best wines in Burgundy, and has also led the way in the production of fine wines from other regions (Ardèche). The Latours have been winemakers since the 17th century, and are now owners of a 50-hectare estate; which includes the largest area of grand crus in the Côte d'Or with a total of 28 hectares. The vineyards extend from Chambertin - in the north - to Chevalier Montrachet - in the south.
