0,75 L White Wine / Germany / Mosel / Riesling / 11,5 % vol

"It is a pure and elegant Riesling (... ) with great concentration (... ) and remarkable ageing potential!" R. Parker
It is simply magnificent. The touch, intelligence and signature of Markus Molitor is perfectly reflected in this multifaceted bottle. Its pale yellow colour unfolds with great finesse in the glass. Once in the mouth, we ask ourselves how we can find aromas of honey, exotic fruits so deliciously while maintaining the elegance and this fabulous freshness! This endless finish announces a remarkable potential for ageing!

MARKUS MOLITOR

In 1984, when he was just 20 years old, Markus Molitor took over the reins of the family-owned winery, which at the time spanned 7.5 acres. Despite his young age, he cultivated a clearly defined and ambitious vision: to give back to the wines of the Moselle valley their letters of nobility, thanks to the typical Rieslings faithful to the identity of their vineyard of origin (terroir) and to their extraordinary longevity. Meticulous work carried out in the vineyard and cellar - without any compromise - as well as an absolute respect for the grapes and the wine constitute his guidelines. He wants his wines to have structure and depth and that they reveal a beautiful freshness as well as a magnificent radiance, all characteristics typical of the wines of the Moselle valley and which allow them today to appear among the best notes from Robert Parker's guide. These wines are distinguished in 3 categories: White Capsule: dry white, Green Capsule: demi-sec Gold Capsule: sweet.
