A great Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend! Medium(+) intensity nose of plum, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla and leather.
Medium acidity, medium body with medium round tannins, medium+ flavour intensity and medium finish. A really good structure and balance. A great quality-price ratio.

A lovely red. Tasty, balanced and mellow, with a prevalence of Merlot and a woody finish. I recommend letting it breathe before serving. Excellent value for money! A hard recommend.

Great red from Bordeaux. Clear teast of blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry. Notes of dark plum, and some earthy tones. Good balance between fruit and tannins. Long fruty aftertaste and pleasent to drink. Yeees

An elegant, harmonious and complex wine that only needs time to balance out the tannins. A wonderful accompaniment for dishes in sauce, but also for fine cured meats. This was a great purchase and my guests were really pleasantly surprised when they tried it.

A very good wine. Lovely in the mouth and the ideal accompaniment for meat. This vintage is good but perhaps it needs to be left to age a little.

Amazing drop. I haven't found a better wine recently, and I've really searched!
Very smooth with prominent vanilla tones.
Absolutely cannot be beaten at this price, and even more expensive wines I've tried are nice....but I normally come back to this one. Lovely stuff.

This is a very decent Bordeaux with a lot of character.
To the nose it exhibits delightful rose petal and sort dark fruit with a hint of fine tannins
To the taste the wine continues to impress with lush fruit and a very well balanced acidity.

I was agreeably surprised by the maturity of this wine, in spite of its youth. A really high alcohol content and powerful, fruity aromas. Ideal with red meat.

A lovely Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc and incredible value at this price point. Bold with nice tannins and very dry. Notes of black fruit, blackberry, black currant, wood, and vanilla.

Rich, intense flavours. Liked it with grilled venison, a roasted vegetarian meal with North African spices and on its own. Leave to air for an hour or decant. Much improved when we did this.

An exceptionally full and fruity claret. Fabulous and complex nose with an instant black fruit hit on the palette. Great length with plum and cherry fulness giving way to drier tannic notes. Will certainly be buying more of this!!

Sweet and fruity (cherries, blackcurrants, black fruits) this red wine is a lovely accompaniment for barbecues and red meats.
No hesitation in recommending it!

Incredibly tannic, heavy Bordeaux. Maybe I opened it a year too early. Not an enjoyable bottle, I'm sorry to say. Very dry aftertaste. May benefit from a decanting a few hours before drinking

Smooth wine with a lovely soft fruity flavour and no dry after taste. Good value and great as an accompaniment to a meal of lighter meats or with bread and cheese.

What is surprising is above all the fact this delicious, fruity Bordeaux is such excellent value for money. Ideal with red meat!

This was an excellent wine and went really well with Duck and the Pie d' angloys cheese which followed it. We appreciated its full bodied, fruity nature which packed a punch. We will definitely re-order this wine.

A Bordeaux that's all about gourmet delight. Perfectly balanced. A lovely finesse that perfectly accompanies its savoury notes. It is ideally accompanied by a beautiful cut of red meat.
