Didier Dagueneau was a quality extremist. He was one of the most endearing men of the Loire vineyards as well as a master cultivator. Today, his children have taken up the torch and are worthily ensuring the destiny of this unique estate where Sauvignon is a world benchmark. Everything is done down to the smallest detail to produce the greatest white wines here (including the renowned Blanc Fumé de Pouilly). Worthy heirs to the know-how and convictions of their father, Didier Dagueneau, the brother and sister work in the vineyard, supported by a large team - more than one man per hectare. The attention is daily, the work sometimes superhuman on the soil or biodiversity. At harvest time, the choice of earlier maturity as well as constant attention gives the wines a mineral breath, crystalline purity and a fair balance.
