A beautiful dark colour, a rather complex nose. The wine is quite powerful on the palate with an interesting length. Can age a few more years to round out.more reviews

This Altus cuvée is a little aromatic bomb!
In its intense black colour, this Château Montfollet Altus offers a complex nose with aromas of black fruits, cocoa and spices. The palate is powerful, ample with silky tannins. The wine continues on a very aromatic finish, with notes of jammy fruit and toast. Another great success for Château Montfollet!

A complex wine with a nice mineral note to be enjoyed with shellfish. Moreover, it benefits from an incredible quality-price ratio!
