LEAVE YOUR REVIEWnot a bad chinon but not a favourite either a bit unsubtle have had better at in a lower price range , maybe needs to age for a year or two but not shure
This Chinon reflects some lightness but is also smooth and silky, very pleasant to the palate. Although the wine remains young and I should have let it age a bit more, I could already feel the aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries.
This Chinon Rouge from 2017 is average. It has a nice deep red colour and peppery nose, but it is anything but smooth and complex. Perhaps I opened this bottle too early.
Not an expert in wine reviews but Chinon is one of our favourite wine and this one was a lovely. Tasted really nutty which we like and we also enjoyed the fact it was light to drink.
