I didn't know this appellation and I'm delighted to have found it! A wine that represents the region very well. A real gem of a discovery!more reviews

"A charming and silky wine with a hint of coffee beans on a very long finish" R. Parker
This Rasteau is faithful to the cooked fruit aromas of its cru. This is a generous wine that Patrick Lesec as usual provides, carried by red fruits and spices in particular. We love its opulence, liveliness and all the little aromas that gently unfold throughout the tasting. This Rasteau is a great accompaniment to all your aperitifs and barbecues with friends!

This Rasteau was a really pleasant surprise on the palate and excellent value for money. The nose has little elevation but the key is that it has rounded flavours on the palate!

Excellent wine that reminds me of the wine we tasted there. Good with any meat, nice as a pre-dinner drink. In short, with whatever you like and on any occasion.

An excellent Rasteau, particularly well-made, with notes of black cherry, black berry and woodland. Really lovely. Plenty of finesse and length on the palate. We will be buying it again as soon as it's available.

Cant get enough of this beauty! It’s all we drink when we visit the alps. My wife has a stomach illness with a bad reaction to most red. Not this one! Pure and perfect.

PATRICK LESEC

Since long time a wine importer, Patrick Lesec is a good connoisseur of the Rhône valley. Based in Uzès, he created a small house which is dedicated to a range oriented towards wines from the southern sector which covers the heart of the region, that is to say from a triangle located between Nîmes, Avignon and Orange. French by origin, he fell into wine in the 1980s, opening a restaurant and an import company in Santa Barbara, California. Convinced that many terroirs are under-exploited or even mistreated by the techniques of modern oenology. Back in France, it was in Burgundy that he began a micro-trade, working with world-famous winegrowers. His work focuses on collaborations with winegrowers with great terroirs with great potential. Today, it is also expanding its activities in the southern Rhône Valley and Languedoc. Its annual production represents 50,000 bottles.
