CONNETABLE DE TALBOT 2017 - SECOND WINE OF CHATEAU TALBOT

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Bordeaux / Saint-Julien AOC / 13,5 % vol

Connétable by Talbot - always such impressive quality for the price for a second wine!!!
Thanks in particular to the assistance of Stéphane Derenoncourt, for may Château Talbot continues to embody the ideal Saint-Julien: generously bouqueted, and very stable and sound as it ages. A real meeting-point for the delicacy of Margaux wines and the power of Pauillacs, Talbot has just produced a string of great vintages, and the second wine has benefited considerably. As classic and relevant as the main wine, it is marked by a clean and well-delineated framework that opens up a long, fresh finish. This vintage is a second wine of excellent quality, and an excellent way to discover this cru without having to fork out a fortune...

CHÂTEAU TALBOT

Quite rightly popular with Médoc wines lovers, Château Talbot embodies the quintessence of the Saint-Julien appellation thanks to its generous, stable wines that are built for ageing. Run for many years by the Cordier family, the work in the vineyards is managed by the famous Stéphane Derenoncourt, thanks to whom the cru is now at its best. The latest vintages produced, which are exceptional, benefit from the latest investments undertaken at the estate, while still remaining at affordable prices. Undoubtedly one of the best deals of the appellation!
