A Mercurey drunk during the Christmas holidays and it is always a superb surprise on this Mercurey from Château de Chamirey! Beautiful buttery notes without heaviness, a Chardonnay in its most beautiful expression. more reviews

An accessible White Burgundy gem! An incredibly pure Mercurey!
Le Chateau de Chamirey never ceases to surprise us with the finesse and elegance of its wines. Tradition is respected in this Mercurey Village Blanc worthy of the best Premier Crus of the appellation. An accurate vinification marked by a powerful aroma! This wine will reveal itself only after a few years in the cellar but it will already delight you around simple grilled fish or a seafood platter!

An excellent white that I had taken to accompany a crusted salmon: slightly mineral, but with a real note of freshness. Perfect for this dish, as I wanted a fairly neutral, but slightly fruity white to accompany this dish. It offers a great value for money.

Pleasant but does not really explode on the palate, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a cheese such as a Camembert or a Brie de Melun or a Coulommiers or a hard cheese type Comté.

A denomination classic that never disappoints. The vintage is not, in my opinion, comparable to that of 2017 but it maintains the quality at a good price.

Complex aromas of lemon, apple and lime. A fairly expressive wine with good substance. Gastronomic wine more than as an aperitif in any case. A very tense palate shows that it is a wine to be placed in the cellar for two to three years in order to enjoy it optimally.
