Guided by the stars and the medal, I let myself be tempted by this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a pleasant smell of wild berries and a slight woodiness, and goes very well with grilled red meat.more reviews

Best deal for this Bordeaux Supérieur, a favourite of Hachette 2020!
The small red and black fruits jostle in this beautifully aromatic wine. The fruit and wood perfectly match to highlight the ample and dense material, with good tannins. Serving or keeping in the cellar is a matter of personal choice. A deal not to be missed!

Nice Cabernet Sauvignon!
Medium intensity nose of plum , black cherry , cranberry , mint, cinnamon , licorice , vanilla and clove.
Medium acidity, medium body with medium bit harsh tannins, medium+ flavour intensity, medium finish.
Good structure and ok balance.

Simple, light to medium bodied cabernet. Grapes seem to dominate the flavour, no particular fruity accent, you can feel tannin a bit, medium-length tail. Easy wine for lunch with poussin or pasta.

Its great to find a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from the left bank Bordeaux and heres a good one at an amazing price.
Contrary to what I expected its not too austere but rather soft and delicate.
At this price its an absolute bargain.

Aroma of Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Cherrie, Cedar Liquorice and musk. Herbaceous notes. Austere wine but pleasant. The alcohol and tannin are medium + but they are balanced. it is what i expected from a cabernet sauvignon

CHÂTEAU THIEULEY

The history of the Courselle Family Vineyards began in 1950 when André Courselle bought Château Thieuley and set out to create a wine estate there. In 1972, his son Francis Courselle, then a young engineer in agriculture and professor of viticulture, decided to step up the development of the vineyard. In 30 years, the cultivated area has increased from 4 to 80 hectares, currently spread over three estates: Château Thieuley, Clos Saint Anne and Château Saint Genès. Sylvie and Marie Courselle, Francis's daughters, inherited the family passion. Both engineers and oenologists, they are gradually taking back the destiny of Thieuley.
