Located in the Côte des Blancs in Avize, the 12-hectare vineyard is mainly planted with Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes. The white grapes are harvested and pressed by the vineyard owners. Their approach to winemaking is natural. The soils in the vineyard have always been tended by ploughing and each year they put down a compost of local ingredients in the vineyard. The biological life of the soil generates health and productivity in the vineyard. Champagne Agrapart wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the Domaine and riddling is done by hand.
