Subtlety, aromatic richness, fruit, velvety tannins: everything is combined for an undeniable pleasure of the taste buds. Moreover, the Mourvèdre/Carignan blend reminds us, if it were necessary, that excellent Languedoc wines can be made without Syrah or Grenache.more reviews

“Excellent value for money that consumers should snap up- Joe Czerwinski” - Robert Parker
Powerful and authentic, this Grès de Boutenac wine has all the characteristics of this small appellation with wines of great personality. Despite being aged for 12 months in new barrels, the pleasure of the fruit is not altered at all, revealing a beautiful palette of sunny flavours, navigating between red fruits, blackcurrant, sweet spices and woody nuances. A very nice wine that will delight lovers of Languedoc-Roussillon!

A killer! Powerful, structured but still quite fruity. A blend that is not so common in the region but which will be wonderful with a good piece of red meat. A great favourite that I recommend.

I found this wine very, very pleasant. Powerful in the mouth, fruity, tannic, balanced. The blend of Mourvèdre and Carignan is perfectly balanced and is, in fact, original, as one may be less used to drinking it. Ideal for a meat or pasta dish.

CHÂTEAU GRAND MOULIN

The history of Château Grand Moulin begins in 1988 when Jean-Noël Bousquet set up his private cellar on the site of an old mill in Lézignan, an Occitan city in the heart of the capital of Corbières in Languedoc. Since then, his son Frédéric has taken over and offers a wide range of great Corbières wines, red, white and rosé, offering all the richness and diversity of the terroirs. This Château Grand Moulin estate has more than 250 plots of vines spread over 130 hectares, its terroirs have been recognized for their high quality potential and classified Corbières AOC and Corbières Boutenac AOC.
