Esclans is an 18th century Château located in the Esclans valley, a stone's throw from the Pennafort Gorges, in the hinterland of the Var, and was taken over in 2006 by Sacha Lichine. This winegrower brought rosé into the world of great wines. Discovering these wines is worth the detour.
