A Wonderful and very dry Champagne. We love to combine it with French goat cheese. Lots of citrus fruits, white stone fruits, but also minerality on the nose. The flavor is very full, for such a dry Champagne. The saline finish makes this a great aperitif Champagne!more reviews

“A superb champagne, incredibly fresh with good length! “ - Parker
This Royale Réserve non-dosé comes from mostly Grand and Premier Cru Champagnes, aged on lees for 3 years, revealing a nose of lime, vine flowers and hawthorn. The total absence of dosage and therefore sugar allows the wine to fully reveal its character and purity. Slender, sharp and clear, this Philipponnat is perfect for a cool aperitif or to enhance a fish dish.

This Champagne with a majority of pinot noir and little dosage is very expressive and structured, it can accompany a meal because it is above all a very good wine quite concentrated and the bubbles become almost a detail.

A great pas-dose for pinot lovers. Floral, berry and red fruit flavours integrated into a clean, crisp, well structured and not overly acidic Champagne. Fine perlage. Very pleasant to drink, and it opens up over time.

This is an excellent quality non-dosed Champagne at an affordable price.

Beautiful fine bubbles gradually rising to the surface. Complex nose of yellow fruits, coconut and brioche notes. Full-bodied on the palate but with a lot of elegance, which makes it a perfect match for the finest tables and the most refined dishes.

We had this with our turkey dinner and it was incredible. Dry, with nice bubbles. We love trying new champagnes and this producer is a great find. We also had the rose which was also amazing.

A great "non dosé" Champagne, with a hint of aging. A complex and elegant wine with a variety of flavours on display and countless nuances. Good acidity and fine bubbles to complete the oeuvre.
