CUVEE JEAN BAPTISTE 2015 - CHATEAU DU COURLAT

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Bordeaux / Lussac Saint-Emilion AOC / 14,5 % vol / 100% Merlot

A harmonious and vibrant Lussac Saint-Emilion!
The meticulous work in the winery extracted the aromatic essence of the Merlot! This Château du Courlat is fresh with notes of red fruits on the nose, it continues on the palate with nice acidity and soft tannins. Aged in oak barrels, it evokes touches of undergrowth and foam. This red wine is a real treat!

CHATEAU DU COURLAT

Managed by Jean-Baptiste Bourotte, Château du Courlat is one of the most renowned estates in the Lussac Saint-Émilion appellation. Thanks to the experience acquired over the years on the terroirs of Pomerol, the Bourotte family pays particular attention and care to the estate's wine-making methods. Today, the latter produces in Lussac one of the best wines of the appellation and the satellites of Saint-Émilion. "Still among the best in the appellation", Robert Parker.
