A marvelous wine full of finesse. Be careful to let it air out before tasting to enhance all the aromas. Goes just as well with good meat as it does with a good pasta dish.more reviews

Confirming the progress made in recent years by the property, the Dauphin d’Olivier is today one of the best seconds in Pessac!
The Dauphin d’Olivier’s deep garnet colour opens on smoky notes of black olives, blackcurrant cream, blackberry pie and spices. Medium-bodied and grainy on the palate, it has a high concentration of ripe and juicy black fruit with nice spicy notes on the finish. A Pessac with remarkable definition!

Very pleasant wine to drink, red meat, white meat. I recommend to lovers of good wines, bought 2 times + 1 as a gift. Everyone is satisfied.

A very large second, a very large Pessac! This 2016 Olivier Dolphin is remarkable. It has all the qualities of a great wine and thus reveals itself in the glass as a racy, concentrated wine with a long spicy finish. A superb bottle!

CHÂTEAU OLIVIER

Château Olivier is located in the center of an immense estate, surrounded by woods, meadows and vineyards. Its beautiful architecture, its bodies of water and the quality of the annex buildings, make it an exceptional site in the heart of nature, only eleven kilometers from Bordeaux. Château Olivier has the rare distinction of being endowed with excellent terroirs for both red and white wine. Six different grape varieties are grown on 60 hectares of gravel soil on a clay-lime base.
