You’ll immediately be seduced by the amber colour, the aromas of malt, toffee, honey, cacao, clove and dry rose of this whisky. Rich and round, with a nice freshness… The cuvee Aberlour 15 year old is the ideal whisky for serene ends of meal!
The village of Aberlour is located in the heart of the Speyside. Founded in 1826 by James Gordon Lour Burnet, Aberlour was destroyed by fire in the mid-nineteenth century and rebuilt in 1879 by James Fleming. The water that comes from "the mouth of the chattering burn" (it is the literal translation of Aberlour in Gaelic), goes through the peat and grantitique soil before being added to the pure whiskey coming out of the distillery's pot-stills.
