Not my favourite prosecco, but it still brought joy to my day. Light lemon, lime, green apple and pear. Very refreshing. I would recommend it for every morning. ;)
A wonderful light and crisp Prosecco! Small delicate bubbles help this wine go down easily and add to its fine finish. Definitely a wine for celebrations!

Not a connoisseur of this appellation, I must say that I was taken aback! I am used to tasting Prosecco in the form of a Spritz, but this bottle was fully appreciated in its own right! Very fine bubbles, lightness and sweetness. A real treat!
Originally bought to make a Spritz, I tried it on its own to see... Result: it is indeed an extra dry! It does the job but if I have to choose, I prefer to add a few euros for a good brut champagne that will delight lovers of natural bubbles and Spritz lovers!
Beautiful bottle, transparent colour, slightly floral nose, very pearly as it should be with small touches of citrus and vanilla on the finish.
Very good prosecco. I drank it straight but I think it would also be good for cocktails. The bubbles are really nice. For those with a small budget, it is better to go for this prosecco than a first price champagne. You'll be a winner.
A Prosecco that suits me perfectly, both on its own and in a cocktail with Spritz. The bubbles are quite fine, the fruit flavours well balanced. A slightly sweet note will appear on the finish. I recommend this wine at a reasonable price.
I bought this Prosecco to enjoy as an aperitif, unfortunately too dry and not fruity enough for my taste. It has citrus notes, perfect for drinking as a spritz in my opinion.
It is very good, very fine with good aftertaste, I preferred it to some French Champagnes from big estates which are much more expensive.

It would be a shame to use this Prosecco as a Spritz as it stands on its own. I prefer a good Prosecco to a bad Champagne to accompany my festive days.

Very pale yellow colour, fresh aromas of green apple and freshly cut pear, fine and numerous bubbles, a real freshly picked fruit salad, very pleasant and delicate.
Prosecco Extra Dry - Fiol is a good choice for Prosecco lovers. Its bubbles are light and pleasant on the palate, and its slightly sweet taste is pleasant. However, I would have preferred a more refined finish and a more pronounced intensity of flavour.

Tasted a few months ago as an aperitif. It was unanimously appreciated. A clean nose of white peach and orchard flowers. Very pleasant white peach on the palate. Excellent with fresh goat's cheese, coriander and smoked salmon!
Less convincing than I Fossili and therefore less "points", but a well-balanced extra dry Prosecco that is good to drink and also good value for money.
