Not the most structured of cremants, quite light on its feet, but making up in nice aromatic notes of citrus fruit and yeast. Definitely more of a summer sipper. A good value for money.more reviews

“A complex, harmonious and lively wine” - Hachette Guide 2018
From the Martinolles domaine, one of the most famous vineyards of Paul Mas, this Crémant Prima Perla reflects the exciting character of the Limoux terroir. Perfectly balanced, this sparkling wine is made using traditional methods to create a remarkable intensity and finesse. The notes of honey and acacia combined with delicate bubbles will make for a delicious aperitif or accompaniment for fish in sauce. A sound buy!
