Geantet-Pansiot is an estate in Burgundy, cradle of the Pinot Noir grape variety, founded in 1954. Since its creation, the House has grown little by little and today counts 13 hectares, now producing diversified wines in prestigious appellations of this region. , like Chambolle-Musigny, Charmes-Chambertin, Clos Vougeot or Marsannay. The cultivation there is reasoned and the vines have not seen weedkillers or synthetic fertilizers for a few years. The soils are plowed. The fermentations are carried out cold with indigenous yeasts. Finally, the wines are aged in barrels, a minority of which are in new barrels, without racking. The wines of Fabien Geantet-Pansiot, without artifice, allow to perfectly express the richness of the Burgundy terroirs.
