The Pascal Jolivet estate was founded in 1987. Following this success, a new cellar was built in 2001 with the idea of respecting the principle of gravity from the arrival of the grapes to bottling. Today, the Pascal Jolivet estate extends over 120 hectares between Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, 60 hectares in Touraine for the cuvée Attitude. Over the years, Pascal has developed a real style for his wines, very identifiable by their purity and elegance.
