Château La Cabanne is a great Pomerol with great ageing potential, like many of its colleagues from this appellation. I opened a 1996 bottle (not long ago) and it was unbelievably young. So I think 2015 will be even better in a few years. more reviews

A delicious, accessible Pomerol that will afford you a few decades of pleasure! A great success!!
Owned by the Estager family, the Château La Cabanne is a 10-hectare vineyard located in the heart of Pomerol. With a high Merlot content, this vintage opens on to a powerful and delicate nose with notes of dark fruits and liquorice. The attack on the palate is elegant and indulgent, with rounded and juicy tannins. The aromatic persistence on the finish is delicious and most flavoursome... A Pomerol Grand Cru of mind-blowing quality for the price!!

Very good but needs to be aged. Doesn't express itself completely yet. The decanting seems to me indispensable. Perhaps the Parker's score seems a bit high but it is a wine to be recommended.
