PARALLÈLE 45 BLANC 2018 - MAISON PAUL JABOULET AINE

0,75 L White Wine / France / Rhone wine / Côtes du Rhône AOC / 13 % vol

AB (organic wine)
A real jewel of the Rhône Valley, Paul Jaboulet Ainé offers us this top-of-the-range white Côtes du Rhône.
There's no parallel to be made - this one is unique! A real jewel of the Rhône Valley, carried by the success of its elite cuvées, Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné is no less a reference in its more 'accessible' cuvées, in particular this Parallèle 45 blanc, named for the 45th line of latitude, which passes to the south of the estate's cellars. Super quality for the price in a wine to make all white-wine-lovers weak at the knees.

PAUL JABOULET AINE

Created in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, this house was then taken over by his sons: Paul and Henri Jaboulet. In 2006, the Frey family, from a long ancestry of champagne winegrowers and also the owner of the famous Château la Lagune, bought the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné with the ambition to reconnect the once successful house of the 1990s with connoisseurs worldwide. Caroline Frey, oenologist, ensured the successful recovery of property, and helped marry talent and new production techniques with a respect for ancient methods and wisdom. Traditional vineyard work and respect for the environment which produces our wine by leaning on sustainable agriculture consolidates this Maison as a producer of wines marked with a true identity and has thus allowed the continuity of this of this iconic Rhône Valley house
