What a nice surprise and what a quality-price ratio! A wine very focused on fruit. On the nose, blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate, a sensation of undergrowth, humus, fine tannins and lingering finish. A pleasure even with a fish soup! more reviews

This rich and pleasant favourite wine of the Hachette Guide is a safe bet in its appellation that will easily seduce you with its crisp and delicious flavour!
Grown on the terroirs of the domaine at an altitude of 360 m, this wine showcases fresh, difficult soils, with a slow and progressive maturation of the tannins that provide a source of balance and intense flavours. This Cabardès wine reveals a generously rich palette of fruity flavours (black current, figs, etc.), but also vanilla due to its ageing in oak barrels. Complex and robust, its fresh finish on sour notes and peppermint leaves an elegant and pleasant impression that will delight the biggest fans of the Languedoc-Roussillon wines. Just close your eyes to imagine you are there!

A gem! This fruity, tannic wine with a little roundness is impressive! Perfect to accompany pieces of meat. I highly recommend!

Nice rich bouqet with aromas of red fruits and some oak. Dark red colour. The palate starts with red fruits nicely balanced with freshness. Then it follows a combination of fruits, some smoke and dark chocolate with a beautiful long finish.
