CLOS D'ORA 2015 - GERARD BERTRAND

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Languedoc wine / Aude Hauterive IGP / 15,5 % vol

Demeter (biodynamic label) EU organic farming
'It's certainly the most supple and creamy-textured of the 2015s from Bertrand, marrying red berries seamlessly with hints of coffee-tinged oak and resiny notes of native garrigue.' - Joe Czerwinski, The Wine Advocate
Located in the commune of La Lavinière in Minervois, the Clos d'Ora is harvested entirely by hand and cultivated biodynamically with the utmost respect for the environment. 'Clos d’Ora is the outcome of a slow-maturing project.   It was born of a spiritual journey and an irresistible desire to produce an exceptional wine' - Gérard Bertrand. This cuvée of great suppleness and exquisite delicacy was matured for 12 months in French oak barrels and reveals a perfect harmony between the red fruits and notes of spices and chocolate that made us drool with pleasure. A great Languedoc-Roussillon wine and one of the greatest from the Gérard Bertrand winery!
