A benchmark domaine in Provence . The nearly 17 hectares of vines are located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and planted on clay-limestone soils. The estate is certified in organic farming and has been practicing biodynamic cultivation since 2003. The owner, Dominique Hauvette, offers wines with a strong personality. The estate is known above all for its magnificent red wines which have been vinified without added sulfur, in cement amphorae. They always have a beautiful spicy structure and this minerality which gives length and elegance to the wine. Its whites constitute a very small production and they are quite atypical for the region. Mainly made from Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette grape varieties which are more often linked to the Rhône valley. A serene energy with pure definition emanates from each of the cuvées.
