CANTINE TEANUM - OTRE FISH 2017

0,75 L Red Wine / Italy / Puglia wine / Puglia IGP / 13 % vol / 100% Negroamaro

And yes - a red wine to go with grilled fish!!! Surprising and incredible...Try out an original food/wine pairing!!!
This cuvée of 100% Negroamaro, the Italian grape par excellence, more than impressed us! Enjoy an Italian red wine with fish? What an idea, no? A 7-day maceration at 5° followed by 20 days in steel tanks at 21° gives it a most incredible freshness. Serve it well-chilled! A wonderful discovery...

TEANUM

Teanum Cantina is located in the Apulia region (Puglia) in San Paolo di Civitate. The name of the domain comes from an ancient Roman city "Teanum Apulum" which already ran this exceptional terroir. Facing the Adriatic Sea, lulled by the trade winds, the area now operates more than 120 hectares of vineyards, primarily on Italian grape varieties such as Montepulciano, Agliainico, Primitivo, Negroamaro for the red wines or the Bombino, Falanghina, Trebbiano and Malvasia for white wines.
