It’s excellent, unbeatable value for money. I am really pleasantly surprised by the quality of this estate. Silky texture, fine tannins, it's round and it's good! Thank you Vinatis for this great discovery!more reviews

'This is by far and away the best wine that I have tasted from this Médoc estate' - Neal Martin, The Wine Advocate -
One to give the great Crus Bourgeois a run for their money! In a few vintages, the Château Poitevin has built a very solid reputation! This vintage marvellously represents the Médoc... With its perfect balance, the wine is complex and unleashes delicious flavours (spiced red fruits) both to the nose and on the palate. With a most agreeable, long finish, this Château Poitevin is a real gem... Hard to resist!

A very nice surprise on this unpretentious Bordeaux. A concentrated, elegant wine with a good length on the palate. Jammy touch with beautiful notes of leather!

The wine is not very expressive on the nose, with some dark fruit aromas with a bit of chocolate. On the palate, plums, tobacco and chocolate, moderate acidity, and medium body. A bit simple but the value for money is correct.

A Cru Bourgeois at a really interesting price and a very good vintage. A very nice discovery. We found it balanced and pleasant to drink, it goes wonderfully with meats and cheeses.

Classic Bordeaux at an excellent price. Immediate earthy flavours combine with purple berry notes and a hint of wood. Solid finish that doesn't lose any of the elegance and nuances of well made bordeaux. A beauty.

This delicious claret (at under £15 a bottle) represents absolutely outstanding value for money. It is way better than any other claret I have tried at this price.

A really excellent Cru Bourgeois claret representing stunning value for money. Big enough to go with strong red meat dishes but not overpowering. Silky and with great length.
