A fresh and original white beer
Halfway between a German Weissbier (using malted wheat) and a Belgian white beer (using spices), this beer flavoured with Citra hops is a white beer in a class of its own! Created using warm fermentation, it drapes the glass in a veil of yeast and releases a bouquet lightly scented with spices (coriander), lemon and cereals. Light and velvety on the palate, it reveals all its fruity character (mirabelle plum and peach) before giving way on the finish to the citrus notes of Citra. A treat with smoked salmon!
