Sassy instigates a disruptive spirit in the world of cider and advocates the return of "real taste". Breaking free from codes, Sassy brings out the local cider and invites herself as an aperitif. We find his cuvées in bars with their surge of freshness and made in France aromas. Sassy ciders are produced from different varieties of carefully selected apples. The recipe, patiently developed and jealously guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy for several generations. It has been reworked by the cellar master to adapt to delicate palates while pursuing a quest for excellence.
