Born of the collaboration between the family Perrin, owner of Beaucastel, and of Nicolas Jaboulet, of the famous family Jaboulet; this wine reveals an intense freshness. This red wine offers a broad fleshy sensation, offering flavors of black plum, cherry, and blackberry with notes of fruitcake, black licorice, and sweet spices. A real gem! Really interesting one!
Medium+ intensity nose of black cherry, raspberry, sour cherry jam, black pepper, licorice and hints of vanilla and violet. Medium(+) acidity, medium(+) body with medium silky tannins, high alcohol, medium+ flavour intensity and medium+ finish.
Good structure and balance.
