A great friend once said to me: "this is the best Crozes I have ever drunk!" I pay tribute to him here by adding, however: "we still have plenty of others to discover!"more reviews

A real star of the winery!
The particularly dry climate seen by this vintage has accentuated the sunny, powerful character of this Crozes-Hermitage, without diminishing its delicacy, which is as remarkable as ever. Indulgent and enchanting with its Provençal accents, Domaine de Thalabert is an unmissable wine well-known to lovers of Syrah. As lovers of Rhône wines already know, this Crozes-Hermitage cannot leave you indifferent.

One of my "favourites" in Crozes-Hermitage! 2014 brings finesse to this cuvée which is recognized by its power, bringing it to the level of certain St-Joseph or Cornas. Superb wine!

A Crozes-Hermitage that has never disappointed me! Magnificent bottle filled with richness and precision... On this offbeat vintage it's really a treat !!

PAUL JABOULET AINE

Created in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, this house was then taken over by his sons: Paul and Henri Jaboulet. In 2006, the Frey family, from along ancestry of champagne winegrowers and also the owner of the famous Château la Lagune, bought the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné with the ambition to reconnect the once successful house of the 1990s with connoisseurs worldwide. Caroline Frey, oenologist, ensured the successful recovery of property, and helped marry talent and new production techniques with a respect for ancient methods and wisdom. Traditional vineyard work and respect for the environment which produces our wine by leaning on sustainable agriculture consolidates this Maison as a producer of wines marked with a true identity and has thus allowed the continuity of this of this iconic Rhône Valley house
