Blanton's 2022 is good but not at the level of its predecessors. Because of its conception, it is normal that there are differences and I hope that this does not come from a change of process. A good bourbon but rather basic, I don't find the magic that had worked until then about fifteen times.
Still a sure bet among bourbons, for connoisseurs and novices alike, a nectar you can't get enough of.
Blanton's is an exceptional bourbon. On the nose, notes of caramel, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it offers a balanced richness, with a smooth, lingering finish. A real treat for connoisseurs.
