AB (organic wine)
A light, thirst-quenching, pleasant beer for every palate!
If you are lovers of French craft beers, take the time to savour the beers of the Brasserie de la Vallée de Chevreuse! These days Emmanuel Rey is one of the people who count more and more on the French brewing scene, and his reputation doesn't cease to confirm the quality of his beers. Accessible to all and ultra-thirst-quenching, this blonde beer is the fruit of blending two hops: Cascade and Saaz, which brings a green bitterness, lemony notes and a very lively profile. An extremely aromatic beer, ideal for apéritifs!

BRASSERIE DE LA VALLEE DE CHEVREUSE

Before brewing as an amateur, Emmanuel Rey first spent several years working on wine making in France and around the world. It was while making wine in the United States that he discovered the phenomenon of American microbreweries: this triggered him to set up his own business after training at the Brasserie Sancerroise and at the IFBM in Nancy. All the beers that Emmanuel Rey produces are labeled organic and are conceived in the Regional National Park of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse. Nature and the forest seem to have inspired the Volcelest series, a term which in old French means "see, it's him" to designate the animal whose footprint we have just seen on the ground. These perfectly crafted beers are becoming increasingly popular with both craft beer enthusiasts and neophytes. A French brewery in full development, which is making more and more headlines!
