CHATEAU LEOVILLE LAS CASES 2010 - SECOND CRU CLASSE

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Bordeaux / Saint-Julien AOC / 13,5 % vol

An exceptional wine!
With an almost black ruby red colour, this Château Léoville Las Cases reveals a rich bouquet with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, spices, peppermint. On the palate, we find the nose with a sensation of well-mastered complexity with smooth and tasty tannins. The palate offers good density and rare length. A sure bet for the appellation in an exceptional vintage!

CHÂTEAU LÉOVILLE LAS CASES

Often considered as the equal of the first classified growths of Bordeaux, the great wine of Léoville Las Cases is today the most prestigious of the Saint-Julien wines. Owned by Jean-Hubert Delon for more than 30 years, Léoville Las Cases is endowed with an exceptional terroir: 53 hectares on the banks of the Gironde where the first wine is made. "It has been impossible to fault Léoville Las Cases for 30 years. With superb depth, the quality reaches, even exceeds that of the first classified growths for a quarter of the price. For us, it is the best of the second classified growths. (Revue des Vins de France, December 2011). The first of the second growths!
