LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThis is an immaculately balanced champagne, with a creamy concoction of coffee, brioche, green apples and almonds countered by just a hint of Chardonnay-influenced bitterness and acidity. The finish is also lengthy.
Perfect balance between acidity and fruit, fine bubbles. A great sweetness to the tasting. All of this is magnified in a magnum. Of course, the blanc de blancs goes further. But we are in the homogeneity of the Ruinart universe.
Very good, fruity and balanced taste. Thank goodness the magnum bottle helps to prolong this wonderful taste experience I am thrilled.
A classic, never disappointed. Rare in magnum. Fine bubbles, just right. Original bottle shape, to be taken out for any occasion! To be discovered and rediscovered!
Nice effect on a table on the one hand, the most important at Ruinart being the regularity of this gourmet brut, well dosed, the magnum develops all the more its fine and elegant bubbles in a tulip glass... 18 because it remains a high price but once in a while, it does it!
Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest house in Champagne, a symbol of world-renowned technique and French lifestyle. With its three centuries of history, it has constantly consolidated the excellence of its wines, instantly recognisable by its specially shaped bottle. The house has made the choice of leaning on Chardonnay grapes, delicate and fragile; a thread tying together its range of bottles. It's finesse, its elegance and its aromatic freshness are revealed during the course of a slow maturation: up to 3 years for non-vintage champagnes, and up to 9 to 10 years for a Dom Ruinart.
