"Remaining true to our deep insights, and also to our dreams.” Common dreams between François Fabre and his son Adrien. To reconnect with the earth, to pay homage to it, to protect it, and to ensure that each gesture is as close as possible to the spirit of Nature. A human and family adventure, an adventure built on historical roots and based, day after day, on the valorisation of the heritage of two great terroirs. Two Domains that are now one: "Domaine La Florane" represented the wines from the Visan vineyards, land handed down by Marie-Pierre Fabre's family. The vines of Saint-Maurice bore the name "Domaine de l'Échevin". Guillaume de Rouville, ancestor of the family, alderman (mayor) of Lyon in 1586, owned land in the Rhone valley, at a time when silk was king. He inspired the name "Domaine de l'Échevin", created by François Fabre in the 1990s. In 2001, the two family estates were brought together in the same cellar, created for the occasion, but each keeping its name. Then, in 2019, they are finally unified. The names of the vintages remain unchanged. The cuvées "Échevin" and "Guillaume de Rouville" remain for wines from the Saint-Maurice appellation. Three generations of winegrowers, two terroirs, but the same family spirit and philosophy united around a single identity.
